Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SayMore (“the Service”), operated at saymore.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SayMore provides a platform for creating collaborative, personalized printed card decks. Users (“Buyers”) can create decks, invite others (“Contributors”) to write card messages, and purchase physical printed decks for delivery.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping charges.

Each deck is custom-made to order. Once you finalize and pay for your deck, the order enters production. You will have the opportunity to preview and approve your deck before checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Because each deck is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds once production has begun. If you have not yet completed checkout, you may abandon your deck at no cost.

If your deck arrives with a printing defect or quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint your deck at no additional cost.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the text and images you submit to create your card deck. By submitting content, you grant SayMore a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your deck.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe on the rights of others, and does not contain illegal, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable material.

6. Contributor Participation

When you invite Contributors, they receive a unique link to add cards to your deck. Contributors agree to these Terms by using their link. As the Buyer, you have final editorial control over the deck content before purchase.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after production. Rush shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

SayMore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

The SayMore name, logo, website design, and platform software are the property of SayMore. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SayMore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
