Contact SupportHow does the card building process work?
Our guided builder walks you through creating your deck step by step. You'll start by choosing a deck and paying to reserve your print slot. Once payment clears, we unlock the builder, email you a private link, and invite any co-authors you added. Everyone writes their cards at their own pace. When you're ready, you approve the deck and click Send to Printer — we handle the rest.
Can multiple people contribute to the same deck?
Yes! The More of Us deck lets you invite up to 6 contributors, and the From All of Us deck supports up to 11. Each person gets a unique link to add their own cards. The Between Us deck is a solo experience. You write all 9 cards yourself.
What are the card dimensions and quality?
Cards are printed on premium card stock with a professional finish. Each card measures 2.75" x 4.75" (tarot size). The cards are durable, high-quality and designed to be treasured for years to come.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days after your deck is finalized. International shipping times vary by location.
Can I preview my deck before it prints?
Absolutely. You pay at the start to reserve your print slot, but nothing goes to the printer until you click Send to Printer. You'll be able to preview every card and pick your card-back design before finalizing. Review, edit and rearrange cards until everything is perfect — we only print after you approve.
How many cards are in a deck?
The Between Us deck includes 9 cards, perfect for an intimate personal keepsake. The More of Us deck has 18 cards with up to 6 contributors. The From All of Us deck includes 36 cards with room for up to 11 contributors. You can edit and rearrange cards at any time before you click Send to Printer.
Can I save my progress and come back later?
Yes! Your deck is automatically saved as you work on it. After payment, you'll receive a unique link to access your deck anytime, from any device. Take as much time as you need to create the perfect deck — nothing prints until you click Send to Printer.
Is there a deadline for contributors to add cards?
There's no automatic deadline — you control when to approve the deck and send it to the printer. We recommend giving contributors at least a week to add their cards, but the timeline is completely up to you.
What occasions are these decks good for?
SayMore decks are perfect for birthdays, weddings, graduations, retirements, holidays or just showing someone you care. Any occasion where you want to share meaningful messages and memories works great.
Can I include photos on the cards?
Currently, our cards focus on text-based messages and memories. We're working on adding photo support in a future update. Stay tuned!
What if I'm not satisfied with my deck?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there's a printing error or quality issue, we'll reprint your deck at no cost. Reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Why does the 9-card deck cost almost as much as the 36-card deck?
Every deck has a base cost for printing, packaging and shipping that stays roughly the same regardless of card count. Adding more cards only increases the cost a little. That means the 36-card From All of Us deck gives you the most value per card by far.
Do you offer refunds?
Payment happens upfront to reserve your print slot, but we don't start printing until you click Send to Printer. If you change your mind before that moment, email us and we'll issue a full refund. Once you've sent the deck to the printer, we can only replace defective prints — each deck is custom-made and we can't undo the production run.
